Food Inc is coming on PBS tonight at 8:00PM, only it's not called "Food Inc." It's called "P.O.V." The "info" about it though shows that it's Food Inc. On my Direct TV, it's channel 379. IT'S DEFINITELY SOMETHING TO DVR because you'll want to watch it again! It's all about how processed food is made. It's kind of like that documentary "Super Size Me."
